Alternate Pick Up:
If you are not able to pick up your items during the pick up times, you will need to make alternative arrangements with the auction manager before bidding. We cannot promise alternate arrangements can be made after the auction has ended, but we will make every effort to do so if you contact us while we still have access to the property. Early communication is key.

Shipping:
After the cost of shipping began to skyrocket at our local shipping partner, we have pivoted and will now handle shipping in-house. We will still refer items that require extreme care in packaging to the UPS Store (ie. antique clocks). If you think this applies to your item, please message us prior to bidding to ask if we will need to refer it to them. If we feel the UPS Store is the better option or if you wish to request UPS Store packing and shipping, please call the South Portland UPS Store at (207) 767-1826 to request a quote.

If you select "Shipping" at the time of bidding, please send us a message with your email so that we can send you a tracking number when we generate your label. We ship at cost with a fair handling fee depending on the size of your order. The shipping materials and handling fee is usually $5 or $10 for most items, but for larger orders feel free to inquire before bidding.

We will gather, pack, and ship your items once we have access to the property. They usually go in the mail the Monday after in-person pick ups. Your original form of payment will be re-charged through Auction Ninja.
