The copper hammered sink was listed as new. When I checked it out when I got home, it appears to have been dropped from a greatvdustance. The rim is bent, the drain is bent and pushed in. I may be able to fix the rim but the drain is so bent it won't be able to drain completely.
The add did not mention any damage!!

This was brand new as it was in the original packaging and I took photos. Possibly it got dropped in trasit somewhere. I would have had no problem replacing or refunding.
The jacket smelled horribly of smoke. It would have been most helpful to have known this. It would have saved me time and energy. I don't even know if I will be able to donate it anywhere. What a waste if money! When I pulled up to the decapitated duplex, it looked abandoned. Finally someone did come out of the house. A table was blocking the entryway. Poorly executed pick up. Woman after me was equally as confused.

This was a non smokers home and I am sorry that you are so entitled to make a comment such as a Decapited? Duplex.. I assume you mean dilapitated however not a nice thing to say about someones home. All of the duplexes on this street look alike. Downsizing sales are not always held in the best of homes. And all you had to do was reach out and ask for a refund, which I went ahead and sent you. Enjoy your day!
