Very slow to ship and respond. After inquiring about delivery after several weeks, I had to keep requesting replies to my messages because the seller would not respond. Ultimately, I never received the item that I most wanted and first bid on. I did receive a refund - more than three months after the auction ended.

Thank you for your kind review. I try really hard to keep everyone happy but not always possible. Just to point out a few things. 10-14 days shipping means just that. The auction ended 9/6 and you sent this on 11/10 so just over 2 months and you received your items three weeks ago. I replied to every message in the system that you sent me and also spoke to you on the phone. All of your items were accounted for and I still issued you a refund. So thank you and have a better day.
