Bids placed with Unique Antiques of Connecticut on Auction Ninja’s website are ...view morea binding contract and you are responsible for paying all amounts due to Unique Antiques of Connecticut, including final sale price, buyer’s premium, and all applicable taxes. Please do not bid if you are unable to pay for and / or pick up the items during the listed pick up hours for each auction. All sales are final. No returns, credits, or exchanges. Failure to pick up items will result in forfeit without refund, NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not have room to store your items.

WE MUST BE NOTIFIED ITEMS NEED TO BE SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE AUCTION ENDING. Failure to notify us within 24 hours will result in the items being forfeited.

A buyer’s premium of 18% and Connecticut sales tax of 6.35% will be added to the final sale price. If you have a resale certificate, no tax will be charged if you provide a copy before the sale ends.

Please bring all packing materials, We are not responsible for accidents loading items .
