Bookcase is not in condition listed, there was no mention that 2 pegs were missing-this is how the bookcase stays together! Now it needs repair, it was listed as in good condition, and it is not. Pick up was terrible, VERY rude people running the pickup. Would not buy from this company again....bad experience all the way through

The worst...didn't give me all my items when I picked them up. Called to say someone would bring them to me.....nothing...no response on phone or email

I got the box out of the mail and it was empty. Sent an email immediately. Haven't heard anything since tracking information was sent 6 days prior to me receiving the empty shipping box.
