This had to be the most unprepared, disorganized pick-up experiences I've ever encountered. It took over 2 hours and in the end I was asked to go with the person working to the various areas of the house to carry out my own bigger items.

TCC
Donna, did you read the email you received prior to pickup? It said "You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, tie downs and manpower.  We do not supply packing materials or tools.  **Labor is not available to help you carry your items. Please plan accordingly.**" Some people did have a lengthy wait; we apologized then and again now. What may have seemed unprepared and disorganized to you was the result of a lengthy furniture disassemble backlog and we did our best to overcome. We're so sorry you had a poor experience and we wish you well.

As a buyer, I found Mary to be responsive and caring! I had an emergency that would have prohibited me from picking up my item, thereby forfeiting it. Mary called the seller for me, to ask if I could go a day early. They agreed & all was well! I would like to think that other representatives would have done the same but I don't know that. What I do know is that Mary did and I'm grateful! Thank you!

Very helpful! I mistakenly thought the pick up day was Sunday, not Saturday. On Sunday when I had discovered my error. I texted to ask if I could still pick up my items. They quickly contact the homeowner who agreed to let me pickup later that day. Thank you so much for the accommodation!

TCC
Thank you, Paula. We were happy to accommodate you and hope you are enjoying your items!

Completely unprepared for pick up.
Waited 2 hours for three items.
Will avoid these people in the future.

TCC
Catherine, you purchased a few very heavy furniture items and we had to wait for the movers to get to you. We apologized for your wait and did our best in a difficult situation. We wish you well in the future.

This was a very poor experience. The two women running the auction pickup were disorganized, condescending, and rude despite the fact that we were very patient and emphasized we were in no rush and willing to help however we could. I do not appreciate the way the women treated me and my helper and I think they reflect very badly on the company.

TCC
Hi Brianna, we know you did wait. We apologized multiple times and did our best to get you moved out as soon as we could. After you left an item behind when it couldn't fit in your truck you said you'd be back that day. When you didn't return as promised we made a special accommodation for you to come back the next day and pick up the item. You were treated respectfully and kindly. We wish you well.

This was the worst auction pickup experience I have ever had. It was so chaotic and bizzare. It was a rainy day, and the home had a very steep narrow driveway, so you would think that the auction staff would have come up with a plan for efficiency that worked for buyer and seller alike, you'd think....but I don't think there was much thinking going on at all. There was no plan or system at all, and the staff was all over the place which resulted in me waiting over an hour in the rain, (some people said they waited 2+ hours), and when I so much as stepped in the garage to get out of the rain I was told no and that i had to wait outside. The woman greeting people at the pickup table seemed discombobulated and was misplacing papers, losing track of the order people had arrived in, forgetting people entirely, and refused to answer questions or hear concerns. Buyers were not allowed into the house to collect their lots, but the sellers staff had 1 single set of people moving everything, and nobody even seemed to know where anything was, which I'm sure contributed to the large delays. There also seemed to be numerous people having issues with items getting damaged while being brought out to them. When someone asked if they would stay open past 3 to accommodate the massive back log of people that had formed, the woman running the front, said no they end promptly at 3. People were understandably upset at this, and wanted answers about if they would get a refund for their purchase. Instead of answering, the woman burst into tears and started yelling and calling us obnoxious (and asking us if we were in a rush to get to cvs...?idk) and then the other woman running the auction had the audacity to call us all rude. I dont know how it's fair to call a hoard of cold, wet, frustrated people who you won't even let take cover in a garage, "rude" just for being upset at the situation you put them in. It was a weird deal. I won't be purchasing from them again.

Indeed, we experienced a backlog and there was a long wait. Nobody waited 2 hours (unless they arrived long before pickup started). You were asked - not told - to please not stand on the wet and slippery garage floor for your own safety. We offered the protection of the front porch instead. We knew exactly where everything was; the location was marked on each invoice. The homeowner, who was present, did not allow buyers in the house, so we hired movers instead, who got backlogged disassembling 3 beds. We apologized and did our best in a difficult situation, including a drunken man swearing repeatedly at our senior citizen assistant. Disgraceful. The pickup ended at 3 but we were there til 4:30 making sure the latecomers got their items. Not one person asked for a refund for a purchase they didn't receive. We never called anyone obnoxious. 2 items were minorly damaged; 1 by a buyer and the other by our movers and buyers were compensated. You did wait and we apologized profusely. No need to embellish or lie. We wish you well.

Terrible pick up system. Waited for over an hour in the rain. Was told I could not stand in the garage to get out of the rain while waiting. Struggled to find items and did not want to let buyers into the home. Mob ensued. After much yelling from the mob and more waiting and tears, I finally was able to pick up my items. Absolute mayhem, will not buy from this company again.

This auction was very unorganized and chaotic. They request you text before pick up, but this has no effect once you arrive. We waited over an hour along with many others to pick up our item. They blamed the owner for not allowing buyers inside, but in reality they only had two movers handling all furniture and items. They seemed like they didn't want to take responsibility for the unorganization and being under staffed. I would make sure if you purchase from their auction you have plenty of time for picking up even if its one item.

TCC
Ryan, thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. It indeed a long wait. Buyers were notified that they had to lift and move their own items, however with rain in the forecast, we hired movers to speed it up. Unfortunately, that backfired when they were delayed disassembling three beds. We apologize again for the lengthy wait. Please note: we tell buyers they can text with an ETA and that if we are not busy, we will be able to pull their items for them. Obviously in this situation, we were backlogged, and so couldn’t answer texts.
