(2) Pickup is in Remsenburg, NY 11960 on SUNDAY, MAY 22nd. You are responsible for moving your furniture purchases. The street address will be sent to you by email. (3) We can ship SMALL items that are not too fragile or heavy. If shipping is required, please contact us BEFORE you bid. (4) All Items are sold in "AS IS" Condition. Most items are used. MANY of the items are used & are NOT perfect. We try to be as accurate as possible in describing condition.
