PICK UP DAY:
Our office contacts all winning bidders throughout the day after the auction closes to give each customer a pick up time slot. This allows us to prepare your order ahead of time for a ...view morequick pick up process. Please make sure the phone number on your account is correct.

Upon arrival, our team will greet you and ask for your last name and time slot. Your order will be brought outside to you, customers are not permitted to enter the house or garage. Our staff are not tasked to load vehicles so PLEASE BRING APPROPRIATE HELP.

All orders of $500 or more will require a photo of your ID with your signature for confirmation and a photo taken with both by one of our staff members.

ALTERNATIVE PICK UP OPTIONS:
Shipping is available for most small items. We can also transport items to our Farmingdale NY warehouse to be picked up on a different date. Please view our "More Info" page to see full terms for warehouse transport and shipping.
