Louis Icart was a renowned French artist (1888 - 1950) best known for his etchings and drawings of lively and glamorous women. His 1928 color etching titled "Parasol" is an especially special piece, depicting a woman holding up a parasol as she walks under the careful watch of two spaniels in the background.
