I paid $30 for transport of a tv and its solar voice activated remote, specifically reminding the contact about the remote in my transport request. At pickup, there was no remote. I was offered a substitute, which seemed to work, and I was already going to be out a day off of work and 2-hour drive plus gas, so accepted it. When home I realized that it did not have the voice activation feature that we needed for our child, and a replacement would cost $60. I requested a refund of my $30 transport fee, for not having delivered everything listed in the auction and to help offset the cost of a replacement, but received no response.
