Great auction picked up was smooth

Was annoying, got told to wait in my card and someone yelled at me in the house.

I appreciate Jake, who was in charge of this sale, for reaching out personally after I posted our bad pickup experience with his auction. He even personally delivered an item that was not at the pickup, to our home.

The customer service after the fact was what all auction managers should strive to offer. He made attempts to make sure this buyer and my pickup service were satisfied after an unpleasant pickup and we appreciate it .

I still would suggest better prep before a pickup, better organization and not to be at the whim of difficult sellers and HOAs because it ultimately reflects back on your business .

Definitely would also suggest you get the measurements in the auction description before it goes live so people know what to plan for whether you put them in the pictures or in the description. Also maybe try and put everything in your Warehouse the week (or at least a few days) before the scheduled pickup so you don't run into the problems with having to shuttle items back and forth the day of pickup and having a long long line. It's just a suggestion and I'm sure you might have tried it already but at least you have the luxury of a storage place.
