Absolutely ridiculous. It's been a month and they still haven't shipped my item, still haven't sent me the shipping invoice. They were supposed to text me a link with the shipping invoice for me to pay. It never materialized. Contacted them multiple times, they keep promising to take care of it and then I just never hear from them. At this point I have to assume that because I was the only bidder and the item sold way too low to their liking they just don't want to ship it to me.

And before they post their usual response along the lines of "We are sorry you failed to read and understand, it's all your fault and we can do no wrong". Don't even try that. I understood everything perfectly. I selected shipping option before bidding, I was patiently waiting to receive my shipping invoice and pay for shipping and handling as per instructions. I contacted the auction representative via text and got nowhere. Finally I called them and the person on the phone tried to insinuate that I somehow missed the text with the link, but then conceded that they never sent it and promised to take care of it. As of today, I am still waiting.

My auction experience with Trading Post Estate Sales was truly excellent from start to finish. The items were exactly as described, and the entire process was smooth and straightforward. Liza was absolutely wonderful-kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout. Her professionalism and warm approach made the pickup experience exceptional.
