Please be considerate bidders and buyers. Your winning bid is a contract. Do not bid unless you or a representative bearing your signed invoice is able to pick up won items on the dates and in the location offered. Also, due to the large amount of lots and bidders, we cannot accept phone calls. Texts and emails only! Don't forget to have an updated address and phone number on your account. Pick ups is at a private apartment in Midtown West and therefore APPOINTMENTS for Pickups are MANDATORY. Schedule by text or email as soon as the auction closes. We apologize but if you select shipping, pick ups cannot be offered. Much Appreciated!
