Welcome to To Infinity Sales, a premier auction house based in New York. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in auctions conducted by To Infinity Sales, whether in person, online, or through any other means. By registering to bid, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions:

1. Registration and Participation:

   • To participate in our auctions, bidders must register and provide accurate personal information.
   • We reserve the right to refuse or revoke bidding privileges at our discretion.
   • Bidders must be of legal age and capacity to participate.

2. Bidding:

   • Bids placed are binding commitments to purchase the item at the amount bid, plus applicable buyer’s premium and taxes.
   • The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser.
   • We may set bid increments and reserve prices, which may vary by auction.

3. Buyer’s Premium:

   • A buyer’s premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot purchased. The amount of the buyer’s premium will be specified for each auction.

4. Payment:

   • Payment in full, including the hammer price, buyer’s premium, and any applicable taxes, is due within a specified timeframe following the auction.
   • Payments must be made in USD by approved methods (cash, wire transfer, credit card, etc.).
   • Failure to make timely payment may result in penalties, forfeiture of deposits, and/or legal action.

5. Collection and Shipping:

   • Buyers are responsible for collecting their purchases within the specified timeframe.
   • Shipping arrangements can be facilitated by To Infinity Sales upon request and at the buyer’s expense.
   • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon the fall of the hammer.

6. Descriptions and Condition:

   • All items are sold "as is" and without warranty. Condition reports are provided upon request and are for guidance only.
   • We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe items and provide images, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of descriptions, genuineness, authenticity, provenance, or condition of any lot.

7. Rescission of Sale:

   • We reserve the right to rescind the sale of any lot if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the lot is not authentic or has a significant discrepancy in description.

8. Dispute Resolution:

   • Any disputes arising from the auction shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
   • All parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York County.

9. Privacy Policy:

   • Personal information collected during registration and the auction process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms:

    • To Infinity Sales reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes will be effective upon posting on our website or other appropriate notice to bidders.
