Recently I bought a painting and had many exchanges with the store staff about it. They were very knowledgeable and willing to explain things to me, and I enjoyed more than just the beautiful painting. I was very satisfied with my purchase.

Very smooth pick up

Very professional and friendly staff! Items were exactly as described, and staff helped me pack and load the art into my vehicle. I asked about one of the oil paintings I purchased and a staff member told me what he knew about the artist and went above and beyond to do more digging to find out more about the artist and email me similar examples of the artist's work so I can gauge the value of the painting I purchased.

I placed this bid in December and have been trying to contact the seller many times via text message, email voicemail, etc. with no response. I called again today, February 8 and someone actually answered the phone and told me their phone lines and email have been down.. I explained to the lady on the other end what the situation was, and how many times I've contacted them with no reply. I simply asked her for a refund and she said she would have to get back to me. I find that this is very unfair business to take someone's money, and not follow through with shipping, I am very disappointed and will not use their services again.

Many thanks to the time auction team, I rescheduled for my pick up time, and they planned it accordingly for me. And I love they always have clear photos for the items, definitely check back for the next auction.
