Napkin holder did not come in the package with the other two items.

After bidding and paying for this painting, I arrived during the pickup time. I drove 45 minutes only to arrive and learn... painting wasnt there! They lost it. I tried to ask more questions but received a "we tried to call you and tell you it's unavailable" ??? Also buyer beware: when i asked to see several other pieces in the same auction, many were "missing", and others were clearly not in very good condition, if they were even the same items? I was also told "oh this one is now $300" even though thats not what the painting was listed for. Complete waste of time.

Unfair and Misleading Practices
I won a small metal item (about 7 inches tall and 2.5 inches in diameter). The auction house claimed to provide in-house shipping, which suggested a reasonable cost. A USPS shipment of this size would be around $10, but they tell me the shipping cost is $45 after I paid the item.

This practice feels intentionally misleading and suggests they are making money through excessive shipping fees rather than transparent charges. In the end, I had to give up the item despite paying for it. I strongly caution anyone considering bidding with Time Auction-be aware of these tactics before participating.

UPDATE: After sending this to an expert I was informed it is NOT authentic. As with other buyers this seller sells fake art.
Not only do they shill bid, but they also sold me non authentic artwork and is listed as the artist and not "after" or in the style of...

I won this after being bid up from 100 to 395 by a shill bidder at the last minute. I have monitored a few other paintings that I got outbid on including a C. Mullen that has been listed 3 times in the past month and "won" by the same shill bidder that bid me up on this painting. The seller also was not good at communicating but actually did send my painting after about a week and half and the painting was packaged well.
They have been unresponsive in my questions on authenticity of paintings and why the same bidder outbids everyone. I found 2 consistent shill bidders on multiple paintings over the past month and have screenshots. This seller also has the same paintings on live auctioneers including this one that said it was sold for 3k. I am happy with the painting as long as it's authentic, but this seller and the shill bidding are definitely frustrating
