Steven and Sara are patient, friendly, and made an effort to help me understand the process, and were very responsive to feedback.

I misunderstood "after the auction ends it could take up to 3 weeks to ship out the items due to the large number of items" to mean that my item would ship three weeks out, not that I would be setting up shipping by then. I think some of what can be hard about these auctions, especially the shipping side of them, is that each Auctioneer has their own process across auctions. With many folks being under the umbrellas of estate companies it can further dilute how to expect contact among sellers and bidders. This is not a reflection of the sellers directly, but something we can all work to consider on both the bidder and seller sides.

Steven was pleasant to work with, despite my initial impatience and poor review, and made shipping easy to handle. I will update my review to five stars once I receive the jar, but I am confident it will arrive packed with care. Thank you both again for being courteous and understanding!

I bought several items from this seller and I was very pleased with all but one dress. The dress was not photographed very well, and despite the fact that it had a $2k tag on it, it turned out to be a horrible ugly dress!!! The fabric was woven with some kind of sparkly things which did not show in the photos, nor was it described. I buy to sell and I wasted my $$ on that dress which, these days, is painful. I couldn't sell that dress if I put 10 bucks on it!!! I contacted the seller and explained my dismay and asked if she could take the dress back since the photos did not display the shiny polyester like look. Her response was short but to the point...NO, as it states in the contract no returns. No good will here.
I'm sure she's a lovely person, but I can't help but think that she knew she had a real dog of a dress and she was glad someone took it off her hands!!

We try our best to photograph as much detail as possible and unfortunately the detail of the dress didn't translate well for you. It is encouraged for buyers to ask questions prior to bidding as there are no returns,refunds, or exchanges accepted. All of the items in this sale came from a woman's estate and the dress in question was new with tags in the original garment bag from the department store $2k price tag and all. As with all items we hope the people buying them enjoy them and we are sorry to hear that this item did not meet your expectations.
