Good experience

Spent $125 on a few lots. Over the next few days, I got no response from the auction manager using text, phone or forms on the site, missed a 2 hour pickup window, finally got a response from yet another message the following day saying I had forfeited everything. No recourse, no more responses.

The auction description said that pick up was only in that window, so technically I was in the wrong. However, most auctioneers on this site will work with you, especially for a large purchase with such small storage needs (this was a stack of 15 LPs). I'm very disappointed with this poor customer service and lack of flexibility. I have received no path to resolution at all, and no answers to my messages, so I have to assume my money is gone.

I have had good experiences with Pickers Alley before, so I think it has to do with the auction manager, Glen Fishman. Be aware on his auctions that he will likely grant you no flexibility, no grace, and no help. Good luck!

I picked up a patagonia jacket. The description said consistent with age and wear. Unfortunately there was a burn spot on the jacket. It's worth less than what I paid. "Age and wear" are things like fraying on the edges or light discoloring from washing the material over time, not burn marks. It would've taken 5 seconds to quickly look this over and include in your description. Needless to say I won't be bidding too high on clothes at all anymore and hopefully nobody else does either.
