Auction pick up is at a gated storage facility. It is my personal storage locker where auction items are stored during the process between estate to pick up day, It is not a storage liquidation auction and not affiliated with the storage company or the storage property. When you arrive, park in the public lot and check in with the staff at our outpost/van. (You will know it when you see it). All orders of Smalls will be gently wrapped and ready for grab and go. If you have furniture or a large quantity, you will be escorted through the gate to load. Do not block, park or leave your vehicle at the gate when picking up, there are 1500 storage tenants in the building. Even if you're picking up only 1 small item, it is not a drive through, you must park, check in and sign your invoice. Remember it is ultimately your responsibility to review and check your order when received. Once invoice is signed and you leave the property we are not responsible for the item(s).

Appointment based pick up for large furniture pieces is available on Fri 5/2 and Sat 5/3 Based on availability and MUST be scheduled with the auction manager either in advance of auction close or Wed by 3pm. Appointments are 30 min windows as we will not be on site unless an appointment is scheduled. If your appointment is missed you will have the general pick up window on sunday as an additional opportunity, but items cannot be held past sunday.
All requests must be made in writing via text (475-351-6749) or through the ninja messaging system. I would suggest early scheduling to ensure
the slot you need is avail, even before the auction. If youre not high bidder and/or have no invoice you will simply be crossed off apt. list..
Remember to check the measurements of your vehicle. Check the size of entire opening or odd slopes, check between the wheel wells and
the height if seats do not fold flat. The storage unit will be relinquished after the pick up window and items cannot be held past Sunday.
Please so not bother the Storage site staff as they do not have access to the items and cannot facilitate your pick up.
