AUCTION PICK-UP: Pick-up is handled on a first come first serve basis. We do our best to always be prepared prior to pick-up and to make the process as smooth as possible for buyers. You are always welcome to text Justin at (203)536-7105 with your last name and estimated arrival time if you would like your items prepared in advance.
HEAVY & LARGE ITEMS: If you are purchasing an item that is heavy, please make sure to come prepared with help to assist lifting/moving your purchase. We cannot guarantee the staff on site will be able to assist you with lifting/moving heavy items. It is your responsibility to make sure the item you are purchasing will fit in your vehicle. Please be aware that we do NOT offer refunds due to vehicles not being large enough to fit the item.
FRAGILE ITEMS: For fragile items that require wrapping, please come prepared with packing materials as we cannot guarantee we will have materials available on-site. Often, we do try to wrap fragile items for our customers prior to pick-up. If your items have been wrapped by the team, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the condition to make sure it matches the description/photos prior to leaving the premises. Once the item has left the premises, we are no longer liable for damage.
LIMITED SHIPPING: We are excited to share that while we do not offer in-house shipping services, we work closely with Connex Express here in Connecticut to provide reliable shipping for our buyers. If you are interested in having your purchase shipped, you will be responsible for arranging third-party shipping to pick up your purchase during the specified auction pick-up period. It is your responsibility to reach out to the third-party shipper prior to auction pick-up.
