Payment and Terms Reminder: Winning Bidders must provide an email address for the payment Invoice. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. We use our own in house invoicing; you will need to provide an email address to us. You will not be charged through Auction Ninja. You will be invoiced separately via our in-house invoicing through Square. If you choose to Pay at Pick up, you must pick up in the time frame provided. All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. HGVMLLC will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.
Special Pick-up Instructions: Winning bidders must bring a copy of their paid invoice in order to pick up their items.
Winning bidders must also bring their valid driver’s license and allow HGVMLLC to photocopy it, if necessary.
Winning bidders must sign a pickup receipt before loading items into their vehicle.
Winning Bidders must provide their own boxes and paper.
Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items.
A representative of HGVMLLC will be present at the time of pick up, but winning bidder must bring assistance to move and load their won items.
Winning bidders, and their help, assumes any and all responsibility for damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.
Pick Up Address and Time: Hunt & Gather Vintage Market LLC located at 194 Worcester Road, in Princeton MA, on Sunday October 4th, between the hours of 12pm-4:30pm & on October 7th, 8th, 9th, & 10th between the hours of 11am-4:30pm & Sunday October 11th, between the hours of 12pm-4:30pm. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEIT WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION MANAGER.

In House Shipping
In House shipping applies, automatically, if your won item(s) had the following in the auction listing description: In House shipping is available for this item. That means that within the 2 weeks following the auction end date, all items that qualify for In House shipping will be processed and a separate shipping/packing payment will need to be paid prior to your item shipping out. Tracking is provided. There is a Packing & Handling fee of $5-$30 per box, (subject to change as packing necessitates). Winning Bidder pays all packing & shipping costs. HGVMLLC is not responsible for your purchase/order/item once you authorize release to the shipper. In House shipping is usually processed within the 2 weeks after the auction ends but may take up to 3 weeks to process.

In House Delivery is also available for ALL items, Furniture & Non-Furniture, all size items. $100-$200 Flat fee +$50 Helper Fee +$1/mile. Delivery is to garage, driveway, or inside front door: First floor only. There is a multi-item/lot fee, if more than 2 lots to be delivered. Delivery payment is processed through our store register.
