Please come prepared if you purchase a large item and need to Move it. The Estate Sale Company will not assist in moving anything. That will be 100% your responsibility. If an item is damaged during attempt at removal there will be no refunds.

There is an elevator and loading dock in the building for you to use to make moving easier if needed.
There will be no Preview day. Feel Free to send messages if you have a question.

When picking up, please be prepared! If you buy a fragile item, bring everything you need to protect it.

The Estate Kings has nothing to do with Sales Tax certificates and that will need to be ...view morehandled by Auction Ninja. We have nothing to do with them and will not accept them at pick-up.

No one on site will help with loading anything.

Nothing will be shipped (especially framed or heavy items).
