I have nothing but positive things to say about the auctioneer. Every question I had, the auctioneer got right back to me. The bidding was easy, the prices were reasonable, the auction was listed everywhere. The property itself was a complete disaster, and it looked as if it hadn't been occupied in decades, and the homeowner was significantly negligent and maintaining their property. Everything I bought smelt like smoke, and that's not the responsibility of the auctioneer. The auctioneer basically put lipstick on a pig and made it as easy as possible for the buying public to bid and made no false promises. Any of the other comments that are slamming the auctioneer seem to be illformed and likely fed false information by a negligent disgruntled homeowner that expected to get a ridiculous amount of money for items that can be bought on Amazon for cheaper. I would buy from this auctioneer again.
