Bidding signifies that you have viewed all photos and descriptions, which are based on opinion

Auction Pickup
• Address and pick-up details is provided to the winners after auction closes• Please bring your
own labor for heavy items, a proper vehicle, and your own packing supplies. If you are unable
to remove items won and need assistance there will be a $35 charge on the credit card that is filed
with Auction Ninja per staff used. If you win a large item (ex. Hutch) and are a no show or you forfeit
the item there will be a charge of $100 to have it removed by a third party.
ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED, UNLESS OTHER
ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE BEFOREHAND.

Shipping is available through the UPS Store In Fort Collins. We will take your items with the invoice to the store and they will contact you for payment and will pack and ship.

Shipping arrangements will need to be taken care of with Sunflower Estate Sales the day of the pickup so we can pull your items to be set aside, or your items could be forfeited. We will not hold onto items that have not made prior arrangements.
