This is an online bidding only auction. No phone, text, or email bids can be accepted. Bids are final and cannot be changed or cancelled. Bid early, sometimes under 1 minute left when the auction closes, the computer slows down and you may think there is time left and the item closes and you lose out.(it's happened to me more than once!) Each new bidder adds 4 more minutes so its not like ebay where you can place a last minute bid and win, it just keeps going until nobody bids anymore almost like it is in person.
All descriptions are the opinion of auctioneer based on research and experience as well as consignor information. Please look carefully at photos, do any research if you need to, and ask any questions you may have(after reading all terms and viewing ALL pictures of the item) before bidding. All coins and currency are authentic. all gold is either marked or tested and weight is shown in pictures, and all stones are tested with a gem tester. Gold weight shown in pennyweight (20 pennyweight in 1 troy ounce)
PAYMENT and TERMS: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file immediately following the auction close. All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Bids once placed cannot be cancelled. Please refer to photos to show exact condition of items. We will do our best to list any damage to an item, but the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in mint condition. You are purchasing used items and should expect signs of wear consistent with age. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

This is a pickup auction with available shipping on most items. If you need shipping, be sure before bidding that your item qualifies. Generally, large, bulky, and very fragile items do not qualify. It will say in the description if something cant be shipped. Pickup is in Alton NH (address sent to winning bidders) which will take place Sunday April 7th from 12pm til 7pm. THERE ARE NO OTHER PICKUP TIMES . An appointment link will be sent in winner's email to allow for a smooth pickup process as we have space for a few vehicles at a time.

All items for sale are described based on the opinion of the auction manager, information available from the consignor, as well as experts in their respective fields if needed. Bidders are encouraged to do their own research and bid accordingly. We will provide as much info as possible in descriptions and take good pictures of every part of the items. There are no refunds or returns and any customer that wins and items and pays for it does so acknowledging that they will not dispute any charges or attempt to return items once picked up. no refunds can be issued! In the event of shipping damage, we will work with you to claim the postal insurance for reimbursement.
