I had to make special arrangements for picking up the item outside of the set pickup time and this seller was incredibly accommodating as well as kind about it. Will definitely be buying from here again. Absolutely recommend!

This seller did'nt have the product I purchased when we met for pickup, he assured me he would "make it up" after realizing this was not the case he offered me a refund, I agreed, and he never issued a refund.
The product (knives) were not as they were advertised and the boxes smell like mildew.
At least four of the pocket knives I bought are broken or have rust.
One pocket knife I never got.
I've been buying at auctions for 20years
If your looking at a Stephen Cyr Auction be very careful.
