**Please have your order number handy (found on the top right of your invoice).

For everyone’s safety, please wear a mask. We will not provide packing materials so please come prepared.
For pickup of large/heavy items you will need to bring your own manpower and handtruck if needed. Furniture will need to be picked up from inside the home. We cannot assist in hauling it out.
Address will be emailed to winning bidders.
Please examine photos closely and call/text us if you need additional details.
