Please refrain from bidding if you are unable to pickup your item(s) ...view moreduring our allotted time. Items not picked up during this time will be considered forfeited without refund. Pickups will be done curbside with the exception of furniture (see below).

For everyone’s safety, please wear a mask. We will not provide packing materials so please come prepared.
For pickup of large/heavy items you will need to bring your own manpower and hand truck if needed. Furniture will need to be picked up from inside the home. We cannot assist in hauling it out.

Address will be emailed to winning bidders.

** If you have made arrangements with us to ship small item(s), you must remind us after you have successfully won. Shipping is via UPS only.

Tax Exempt Status: : if you want a tax exempt status you must input your tax exempt information and certificate (You must click the Tax Exempt Button located directly under the Upload Certificate Box) to receive the Tax Exempt Status!!) before bidding!
