Auctioneer had two listings of pedestals. We bid on the undamaged one. But they gave it to the winners of the damaged pedestal. Buyers beware. This auctioneer is not careful and doesn't list obvious damage.

We’re sorry for this mix up. It was an honest mistake between two identical pedestal listings, and as soon as it was brought to our attention, we issued you a refund. We take accuracy seriously and always work to resolve any issue promptly and fairly. As a repeat customer with five purchases from us, we do not believe that “buyer beware” is a fair characterization of our business over one fully resolved mistake.
