*Pick up in Stamford CT is available on Saturday, October 3rd, from 10am-12noon, subject to ...view moreCT Transfer Fees (CTF).
*The CT Transfer Fee (CTF) applies only to items requested to be brought to CT for the Stamford, CT pick up date.
*By choosing alternate Stamford CT pick up, the buyer gives permission for Wm. Smith to charge CT Transfer Fees to the buyers credit card on file.
*The CTF applies per item, which are totaled and charged once the transfer to CT is requested by choosing Alternate Pick Up.
*Transfer in coordination with a 3rd party shipper.

THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY:
*For purchases being picked up in NH by a delivery service, we must be notified of delivery arrangements by 4pm, Tues. Sept. 29th.
* If pick up cannot be made prior to Tues. Tues. Sept. 29th and items must be moved off our sales floor and/or stored, fees will apply.

*WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS TO BEGIN THE SHIPPING PROCESS.
* To initiate transfer to the UPS store, directly after the sale and by Tues. Sept. 29th, forward your email address (this is not provided to us by Auction Ninja) by messaging us through Auction Ninja, or emailing matt@wsmithauction.com.

JEWELRY SHIPPING:
When you register to bid, please select the “USPS Shipping” option to have your items automatically shipped, with your credit card automatically charged the shipping fees (including full insurance).
Otherwise, to request USPS shipping, please call our office at 603-675-2549 or email matt@wsmithauction.com, by Tuesday Sept. 29th.
If you would like your tracking number to be emailed to you upon shipment, please email matt@wsmithauction.com.

Rates are as follows:
Small Priority Mail Flat Rate Box $20
Medium Priority Mail Flat Rate Box $30
Large Priority Mail Flat Rate Box $40
The box size used will be determined by the size and quantity of items purchased.
$100 insurance is included; additional insurance is available for purchase, at a rate of $10 per $1,000 of insurance.


All items are used, vintage and/or antique and are being sold as-is. Expect that all items will have wear commensurate with use and age. We do our best to describe condition, list damage, repairs or restorations. Any and all descriptions of condition are given as complimentary, we are not responsible for omissions or errors. Absence of descriptive condition must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. For some auctions, preview times are available for the sole purpose of allowing bidders the opportunity for personal inspection before placing bids.
