Please bring boxes and padding for your purchases, we will have staff available to help you load.
ANY & ALL items not picked up during the scheduled pick up dates/times, without making prior arrangements (including CT Transfer), will be deemed abandoned and forfeited.
We have another auction right on the heels of this one, and need purchases removed from the premises immediately.
For purchases being picked up by a delivery service in NH, we must be notified of delivery arrangements, by 5pm Tuesday, Oct. 4th, purchases must be removed from our premises in a timely manner, or will be moved to on-site storage for a fee.

CT Transfer:
Successful bidders interested in Stamford, CT pick up subject to TRANSFER FEES, please email us or call our office 603-675-2549, (this is a landline, please do not text) after the close of sale, and by 5pm, Tuesday , Oct. 4th, to pay your transfer fees and get on the delivery for CT on Saturday, Oct. 8, btw 10 & 12.

Small items will be boxed, please bring materials and assistance for larger items.

The CT Transfer Fee (CTF) applies only to items requested to be brought to CT for the Stamford, CT pick up date. The fee applies per item, which are totaled and charged once the transfer to CT is requested by the buyer after the auction, by emailing us or calling our office at 603-675-2549. All CT Transfers are provided by Walter Janes Professional Movers in coordination with our office.
Smaller items will be boxed, please bring padding and assistance for large items.

Easily accessed off exit 6 on I-95. From I95 North take exit 6 turn left, go under the highway and take your first left onto Commerce Rd, turn right at second Extra Space entrance with no gate, under large green sign . From I95 South take exit 6, then your second right onto Harvard Ave, and then your first left onto Commerce Rd, and take second Extra Space entrance on right, under large green sign with no gate.
We will be just inside to your right.

We do not ship in house, we are happy to help coordinate shipping with our local UPS Pack and Ship in West Lebanon, NH, their number is 603-298-7890 if you would like to inquire about estimates. If you need your purchases shipped, please call our office after the sale at 603-675-2549, and give permission to have your purchases transferred to them. Verification by Photo ID that matches the information on the form of payment is required prior to shipping.
