Alwas a pleasant easy experience

This item say Greenwich ct so how is the pick up in New Hampshire? I'm confused

I'm very disappointed with this rug. The colors represented in the seller's photos were NOT accurate. The rug is actually a dingy, deep brown (not at all blue toned). I know the amount of light in a room may change the look of a rug, but I am convinced these listing photos were edited to make the item look significantly different.
