Items must be picked up at the scheduled pick up time or they will be considered forfeited without refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.

SHIPPING: We ONLY ship using USPS Priority Mail. All items shipped with a value over $150 require signature confirmation. Any item with a final selling price over $150 will also require photo i.d. that matches the name on purchase invoice. Please email photo id's to Matt@SmartBidAuctions.com All shipping charges will be billed separately. A invoice for shipping charges will be sent via email. We accept Venmo, PayPal, or Credit Card. Payment on shipping fees is to be made by the stated pick-up date..... We charge a $10 handling fee on top of the shipping costs. This is to cover packing supplies and transport of your item/items.

We do not provide bags, boxes, or packing materials during pick-up. You are responsible for bringing your own packing materials.

We require photo i.d. for any purchase over $250 that matches the name on invoice at pick-up. If your going to send someone in your place to pick-up any items over $250 please contact us before the pick-up date so we can make sure the pick-up process goes fast for everyone.
