Hi James, I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive your item. We do have a policy requiring all buyers who need shipping to contact us within 7 days after the auction closes with their shipping request. This policy is stated: (1) on the bidder sign-up page, (2) under the terms and conditions on the main page of the auction site and (3) in the instruction email, which we send out twice after the auction ends. The reason we have this policy in place, is to ensure we don't miss you, as we do not receive alerts if you click the shipping option on the sign-up page. Unfortunately, we lack both the time and manpower to sort through hundreds of invoices trying to figure out who requires shipping after the auction ends. I will look to see if we still have the item, and will honor the request if able. However, if the item was already donated/resold, you will forfeit without refund as our records show that there was no attempt to contact us until today. Thank you for understanding.
