Pictures of the lamp were not accurate and did not show the damage to the brass finish and that the arm that holds the glass is bent so the lamp does not sit straight. This lamp is unusable. Very disappointing.

I purchased four antique dolls. Awaiting shipment was (painstaking) it took longer than normal. When I received the Vintage dolls they are boxed all together in one box,with the huge metal stands still attached to them, two of the dolls are completely broken, the doll I was most looking forward to is in many pieces shattered ,the other doll the head off and leg ripped off. They were all put together in one box with a few pieces of the thin bubbled bubble wrap placed between just two, (not even wrapped at all) They obviously got banged around, they weren't packaged properly so the stands hit them and they hit together.I am so disappointed because these old dolls were worth preserving,they had made it for years and now they are destroyed. I have tried to get hold of the seller with no avail. I'm not even sure at this point if they were insured .I was charged $45 for this shipment. I have pictures I also took a video. When packaging an old doll it's important to wrap it with the large bubble bubble wrap many times around the head and each limb, disassemble the stand and also wrap that separately in bubble wrap, and then pack it tightly with a paper, or a bubble wrap,to avoid this kind of problem. Two of the dolls are wax that were listed as (porcelain).... I'm still waiting for the seller to get a hold of me to get maybe some kind of a refund.... Also I would think whoever owned this estate that they were selling should also be disappointed because their item they have had for many years obviously probably passed down from generations is completely destroyed and is not going to be able to be repaired.
