Please do not bid if you were able to pay for and retrieve the items in the designated time. For each auction or state sale. All sales are final. No returns, credits, or exchanges. Failure to pick up items will result in forfeiture without refund, no exceptions, No request for later pick up, we have no storage room. All items are sold as is where is. We tried to describe items to the best of our ability. We may not test items as to the working condition, and do not guarantee that items work. Items that we sell our mostly used, vintage or antique and will have appropriate way. We will try to describe any visible major damage. Please bring boxes, packing material and helpers necessary to get your items to your vehicle. We are not responsible for accidents.
Buyers premium of 18% and CT sales tax of 6.35% will be added to the hammer price. If you have a resale certificate, no tax will be charged if you provide us with a copy before the end of the sale.
We offer shipping on items that are easy to ship. We can ship books, and ephemera, we do not ship lamps, furniture, or artwork. The buyer pays all shipping and handling cost. Failure to pay shipping within one week of auction results in forfeiture of items without refund.
