Please do not bid if you are unable to pay for and retrieve the items in the designated time period for each auction or estate sale. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges. Failure to pick up items will result in forfeiture without refund.
All items are sold as is where is. We try to describe items to the best of our ability. We may not test items as to the working condition and do not guarantee that items work. Items that we sell are mostly used, vintage or antique and will have appropriate wear. We will describe any visible major damage.
Please bring boxes, packing material and helpers necessary to get your items to your vehicle.
We are not responsible for accidents.
Shipping available on most lots-please see individual listings to see which items can be shipped. Items marked UPS packing & shipping will be charged the UPS Store packing rate & cost of box as well as actual shipping and insurance. PLEASE NOTIFY AUCTION MANAGER Before 4 pm on final pick up day if you need your order shipped.
Buyer’s premium of 15% and CT sales Tax of 6.35% will be added to the hammer price. If you have a resale certificate, no tax will be charges if you provide us with a copy before the end of the sale.
