Seller gave my table to someone else by mistake. Said she would get it back and deliver it. That never happened and she will not respond to email or phone. READ her other reviews, she does this A LOT! She should be banned from selling.

I paid for but did not receive the oil cloth w/ pad. When I arrived for pick up, they said it was missing and would look for it and either refund me or deliver it to me. Both of which never happened, and I have yet to hear back from them after emailing a week or more ago.

Poor pick-up experience and communication. I sent a text to them more than 30 minutes before I arrived as asked. I never heard back from them and arrived to the pick-up location to a line of frustrated bidders that wrapped from the front porch, down the lawn and down the block. I waited 1 1/2 hours in line for my items. The sellers seemed confused and were incredibly disorganized. They called out some names to the group in line but there didn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to what names were called out or why. Hopefully, they take these poor reviews in stride and take an opportunity to review their pick-up procedures and organize better in the future. That said, I will be reluctant to bid on items from this seller in the future.

Followed instructions to text prior to pick up with my info to expedite the process. No response from seller, and still had to wait almost 90 minutes. Really disorganized.
The item I won was in worse condition than the few pictures made it seem. The description had only included dimensions. Lots of wear on the wood, scrapes on the glass, and a big chunk missing from the table that was not documented in the auction pictures. Items were strewn across the house, making it difficult to navigate, especially while carrying a table.
The staff seemed nice but frazzled for sure.
It's unlikely that I'll purchase from this seller again.

The good - I asked a question online and that was answered quickly.

The bad - Everything else. Many listings only included one photo, making it difficult to zoom in to assess condition. Not enough detail in the listings, including dimensions and condition of items. But the worst, without a doubt, the worst pickup experience ever. I waited almost 2 hours and even when I got inside, people were wandering around unable to find anything. Many people left without getting their items because the pickup was so slow. Unlikely to ever purchase from this seller ever again.

Waited for ****over an hour**** just to pick up. Absolutely unorganized and ridiculous. Will avoid their auctions in the future like the plague. You should be ashamed of wasting everyone's time like that.
