Welcome to Simplify & Sell! I'm Kim Murray, and I'm the person behind the business.

For 17 years, I co-owned an estate liquidation business with a brick-and-mortar retail shop, where I helped people sort through belongings, uncover hidden treasures, and find new homes for the things they no longer needed.

After that chapter of my life came to a close, I became a licensed New Hampshire REALTOR® and created Simplify & Sell as a way to continue helping people through life's transitions — whether that means decluttering and organizing, repurposing a room or home, preparing for a move, or simply creating space for what comes next.

As I work with clients, I often come across quality, useful, and unique items that deserve a second life. Auction Ninja provides a wonderful way to connect those items with people who will appreciate them.
