* If you win a Lot w/many items included, you must take all items in that lot. No cherry picking or leaving items behind - you have won them ALL.

* You are responsible to remove items where they are located, and to bring necessary Boxes/Bags, Packing Material, Moving, Lifting Manpower & Tools. We cannot help lift or move heavy/bulky items so please come fully prepared w/adequate sized vehicle & necessary help/manpower. (please carefully READ MEASUREMENTS we provide)

*If you have won furniture or heavy/bulky items please DO NOT Come Alone - bring adequate manpower to help you carry to vehicle! We Cannot help lift or move your furniture or heavy/bulky items. It is fully your responsibility so please come prepared.

* Questions are highly encouraged before bidding (email or text auction rep PRIOR to auction close day). The items we sell are vintage, antique and/or pre-owned and used. We do our best with photos, measurements and to list conditions. Please look at the images thoroughly and enlarge them. (Condition scale is Fair/Good/Very Good/Very Very Good – there is no “poor” as we won’t represent items in poor condition)
