Vintage Chinese Wedding Basket From Hong Kong - - purchased in Hong Kong around 1976. Wedding baskets were used in the 19th century China to store and carry auspicious fruits and foods to the newlyweds on their wedding day for good luck and great fortune!
This beautiful basket is in excellent condition and measures approx 10"diameter x 13.5"high.
