Do not choose the shipping option for this company, use pickup only! I won 5 lots and 2 of them broke in transit because they were unwrapped. Only a sheet of bubble wrap was placed loosely around them. There was no tape in place or buffering between the plate/bowl/mug. The mug handle broke clean off. The bottle brush Christmas trees were packed completely loose and glitter got everywhere. Even if they were tossed in a Walmart bag, it would have helped to contain it a little bit. I'm just grateful the other two lots were in plastic bags so they weren't affected.

Y'all have some of the best auctions! Pick up is always a delight - great help from everyone and all the folks are very nice.

I picked up my 4 lots, so I can't speak to any shipping experience. Pick-up was a breeze and the ladies were very accomodating. All items were as I expected and as described, with the exception of the DVD's. Most had a lot of writing on the cases (I assume from previous purchases). I did ask several questions via the auction site several hours prior to the auction began to close. and I did receive responses, albeit very shortly before closing began. Otherwise, it was an overall good experience, and I will continue to do business with them.

The items arrived in a poorly taped box that was damaged during shipping due to inadequate packaging. Unfortunately, two items are missing, though they likely weren't worth the cost of shipping. While many of the items were new old stock, they had a strong smoke odor and were in unacceptable condition. I spent a significant amount of money on two lots, and I suspect the sellers intentionally avoided showing the back of both items-one was broken, and the other was not a genuine coin. This feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead buyers, and I will certainly not be purchasing from this seller again.
