Even when you text your information you don't get a response. I traveled an hour to get my items to end up in an area of of Denver I can only explain as nasty. Construction everywhere, shirtless homeless people laying outside the building harassing people as the walk by and no parking spaces for someone to pick up items.

Hi Vanessa, I’m sorry you feel that way about Capitol Hill. Being a part of this community, I see it completely different than you. I apologize about the parking situation, and I have made it a point to give better direction and bigger signage for future pickups. I also think that you should take a second to have a conversation with one of those “shirtless homeless people” sometime as most of them are very nice.
