Bids placed are a binding contract and you are responsible for paying all amounts due including sale price, buyers premium and all applicable taxes. Please do not bid if you are unable to pay and take possession of the items in the specified time periods for each auction. Any items won and not paid for within 24 hours of auction close are eligible for sale to underbidders. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges.

All items are sold as-is, where-is. We will do our best to give the best, most accurate description possible, including detail of any damage or repairs. The absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Please view all pictures to give your own assessment of the items condition. Normal wear is to be expected on all used items.

All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges.

All sales are subject to appropriate sales tax laws. 

There is a 18% buyer’s premium added to the hammer price in all auctions.

Since we are a store, we have very flexible pick-up time frames. We do have to limit these time frames as indicated in the Site’s Terms & Conditions. All auction winners must pick up their items at the designated sale location within the assigned time frames or they will be forfeited by you.
