Items purchased from this company never received. The items were supposed to be shipped USPS. Site indicated USPS-not just pick up. Requested items or refund. Steve Sulaymano indicated items not picked up were donated. No refund or items received. Saturn is not a nonprofit company and I did not make a donation. This is called theft and fraud. PLEASE BE AWARE - IF SITE SHOWS USPS - THEY ARE LYING. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. Poor customer service by SATURN AND AUCTIONNINJA. Poor site - have to choose rating when not applicable - again poor site. Thank you

I realize that you were away, but I have heard nothing from you. I did not receive the items paid for and did not receive a refund. If I do not receive the refund or the items by tomorrow, I will pursue the theft of the goods by Saturn, you and AuctionNinja. I have tried to resolve this issue with you and AuctionNinja as I was advised to do before filing further complaints and charges.

Hello Steve. Please charge the $15 usps charge to the credit card on file. Holding the items I paid for already and now threatening not to send them to me unless I remove the feedback (which is accurate and supports these exchanges that are recorded) is considered intimidation. If I receive the items I paid for almost a month ago, I will update the feedback or work with Auctionnija to update the feedback. Even you telling me that you no longer had the items and that they were thrown out or donated is concerning. I asked you to mail me the items or refund my money and you refused. I have worked with a lot of companies through this site and none of them ever came close to this type of poor customer service. I was in the process of filing formal complaints against both companies in the States that they confirm operating out of, but will hold off to see if the items are received or the full refund is credited to the card. Theft and fraud are serious issues along with now intimidation and extortion. Thank you. James

Items purchased from Trading House,Inc. The items were supposed to be shipped USPS.Site indicated USPS-not just pick up. Requested items or refund. No response. Paid $40.12 for no items. It is not a non profit and was not a donation. This is called theft and fraud. Since it was done through AuctionNinja's site, they also would be involved in the theft and fraud. The transaction occurred crossing State lines and using credit cards. Thank you.
