If you are unable to pick up during the designated pick up time, please notify the auction manager before the designated pick up time and another time can be arranged. If the auction manager is not notified before pick up time, items not picked up during the designated time slot will be considered forfeited without refund. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. We are willing to offer USPS flat rate shipping on items that fit in flat rate boxes. This will be an additional cost for the buyer. We do not ship larger items or furniture. If you anticipate needing shipping, please reach out to the auction manager prior to bidding to verify your lot can be shipped. If you win a lot and it is being shipped, please let the auction manager know prior to the pick up time.

It is required to bring your own packing materials, including boxes and/or wrap as well as sufficient help to move larger items. There will not be help to move large and heavy items. Make sure to have a large enough vehicle to move large items. We cannot store items that are not able to be picked up.
