Keith is an outstanding seller who I've purchased from numerous times in the past and I've never had a bad experience. He's honest, easy to communicate with and I'm happy he's bringing his inventory here online because I can't always get to an in person auction. Looking forward to more purchases in the future, I love the paper Keith can source for buyers.

I have shopped with Keith for many years and every package I get is a five star experience. I am so happy he is having auctions now so I can indulge a little more. These postcards are amazing, just as described but actually better. Rarely can you buy a box lot of anything and not have to discard some of it.. but I am keeping every last one of these. Where else can you get 19th century ephemera in excellent condition and living up to the critical standard of a collector, no place except with Keith. I'll be back for every auction. Thanks Keith for the five star service, the great packaging and the extremely, extremly reasonable mail costs.

I was all set to write Keith a glowing review. But . . .
First the good:
I won three lots from him. He was responsive to questions, shipped super-fast, charged very fair shipping, and everything was packed well. I received my lots and was very happy with TWO of them.
Here comes the bad:
The third lot which I paid the most for ($115 + buyer's premium) was described as Programs From Theatre (QTY 9). I never thought to ask if they were really theatre programs. I examined the photos carefully and that's what they appeared to be.
Unfortunately what I got was 8 theater programs and one cover ripped from a program. If I had paid a few dollars I wouldn't have minded, but for $115 I expected 9 theater programs . . . not 8. I've been a dealer for well over 20 years. I've gone to many dozens of auctions, both online and in person. I've never, not once, asked for a refund of any kind. But I was pretty irritated about what was obviously misrepresentation. I decided to ask for a measly $12 refund to cover the cost of this cover that was useless to me. I figured he'd apologize for the error and send the refund. To his credit, he did send a refund immediately, but he clearly had an attitude about it, telling me he'd give me the refund "this time," as if it was something I do often. He went on to lecture me that all sales are final and sold as-is and informed me that I could easily sell the great "lithograph" for $20. Maybe in his universe, not mine. I paid a premium price for theatre programs, not lithographs.
What if he had sent me 6 programs and 3 covers? I wonder if he would think that was acceptable.
