Rowland Thomas Co was kind enough to ship my win lot to me though it wasn't tagged for shipping. I loved the creative way it was shipped and it arrived without any problem.

Never again. I won two auctions, paid promptly and went to pick up the items the next day. Arrived and one of the items was given to someone else in error. Rowland said he reached out to the individual and he would be getting them back after the new year. I reached out several times via email, text and received no response

I then emailed the DA of Orange County in copy and Rowland responded immediately. Then his story changed and he can only issue a refund now. Apparently he can't get the items back now.

Honesty is a big part of the auction transaction.
