Well wouldn't you know it. Rolandsmisnkust another con-man despite his glowing reviews. It's about time auction Ninja should get rid of all the unscrupulous auction managers and they should have their licenses removed immediately.
Roland ripped me off for over $2000 dollars !
No messages, no phone calls. Given a number to call about shipping who never responded. I guess I should call myself lucky that I was able to get hold of him ONCE ! When he assured me that he may have a buyer for one of my items and lace the rest back into the auction. . Nothing of the kind happened and it's IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with him.
STAY away from him . He's still having to deal with the D.A. for auction fraud and card fraud.

'Awesome leather couch'.... had cat scratches. Dog hair stuffed in the joints and seams. The back skirt on the couch was chewed off by a dog. Employees dragged the couch on its side down the stairs.
That was the highlights. The bottom cushion had a 3 inch cut in the seam. It wasn't very hard to see if the couch had been inspected before listing. Wasn't in the pictures. Offered me my money back, told me he had refunded my card before I left. 2 weeks later Finely contact, "he changed his mind" He didn't make any money on the auction". After discussing he says he will refund me again. Wait a few weeks, finally contact. "O sorry I'm going to be out 200 dollars and I had to throw away the couch" I'm losing out on this". I offered to share some of the loss. "Not necessary I will take care of it". That didn't happen.
Well I lost price of the couch, taxes and buyers premium and NO COUCH I would have donated it.
Whole place was a circus.

Misleading ,
