Scott went above and beyond! I went to pick up my items at the wrong time, it was entirely my fault. Scott went out of his way to meet me at the pickup location and kindly gave me my items. All items were exactly as described and customer service was amazing. Thank you Scott!

Today was a delightful surprise. After forgetting to pick up a small item from RockyMountainHigh LLC's debut Auction Ninja auction, I received a call from Scott, the owner. His friendly and accommodating approach, offering solutions instead of reprimands, was truly refreshing. As someone who's invested significantly-over $100,000-on Auction Ninja in Colorado this past year, I'm used to good service. But Scott's genuine care, offered without knowing my purchase history, was exceptional. It's a rare and valuable trait, and he's secured my future business.

I've participated in several auctions with this company and they consistently had very detailed descriptions and really good pictures of the items being auctioned off.
